Cannot update T46U to 108.86.0.77

Hello,

Our office uses T46U's with the EXP43 side car attached on a few of them. We have run into a bug with the current firmware 108.86.0.76 where the sidecar fails to boot all the way and stays put in the welcome page.
Yealink has patched this issue in the firmware 108.86.0.77 and I have been trying to manually update the affected phones but a few minutes after they take the new firmware they reboot back to 108.86.0.76.
Any idea on why this is happening?

Strange, the phone will keep the new firmware for 10 minutes then revert back. Still think that's a failed update?

3CX will push the firmware on the server to the phone (depending on the phone make and model). So if you manually update a phone to a new version, 3CX can downgrade it. To prevent this, remove the firmware file from the 3cx server (unsupported).
