can't access 3cx server from WAN

Hello,
I have set up my 3cx server on a windows machine.
I am only able to access the server from LAN
I can't use public IP or FQDN
I'm running it behind a Mikrotik router. when I run the firewall test everything checks off.
what should I do ?

If you go to another internet connection (from your home internet for example or via mobile internet) does the FQDN work?

No it doesn’t work
But I can ping it

Ok, it should not be related to loopback then I think, but the firewall may still be blocking the access.

I changed to the server to a Linux based one but I still can't access it

If there is an issue with you firewall blocking the access to the management console then changing the operating system will make no difference if you are still behind the same firewall. You need to troubleshoot the issue by looking into your firewall. If you do not know how to do that then perhaps it would be beneficial to contact a 3CX partner to get some assistance.
