I'm running v18 3cx phone system. I can't access the management console through the FQDN or the Public IP. I get to the Login screen but the login doesn't work.
Where is your 3CX system installed? Is it on an on-prem server, or in the Cloud? If it's on-prem, can you access it from the same LAN as where the 3CX is installed on with http://[LAN IP]:5000/ ?I'm running v18 3cx phone system. Services are running. It's on-prem. and yes I can access it from local. When I try to login through the FQDN it I get incorrect username and password. Also now I can access it from the public. When I ping the FQDN it shows the Public IP of our office not where the 3cx server is located now. The public IP is correct in the management console.Hi!
When you say "login doesn't work", what exactly happens, do you get an error message when inserting the credentials?

One last thing, I'd log into the 3CX server via RDP/SSH (depending if you're using Windows or Linux) and check if all the 3CX services are running, particularly nginx and the Management Console service.
Founded in 2005, when VoIP was an emerging technology, 3CX has gone on to establish itself as a global leader in business communications.
