cant access ACCOUNT1 in Grandstream GPX-2000 phone

hello.
environment:
windows xp sp2, up to date.
3cx 31
router, LAN solely
2pcs Grandstream GPX-2000 phones, newly bought.

Im able to enter sip phones (from Internet Explorer) by their ip-adresses solely for the Basic settings.

When I try to enter ACCOUNT1 from Internet Explorer, It forbid me to enter page and tells me page can be showed, but program dont have access.

Im running from admin in windows xp and have turned all win-firewall off and nothing is blocking from router.

Any help with this?

Hello Jan, I dont think this is a 3cx problem but I wonder what firmware your GXP2000 are on?

If your not on the latest firmware set up TFTP to the Grandstream download site.

Strange if you can access the other accounts in the phone and not account 1. I've installed plenty of GXP2000 and not had this problem.

Can you access account 1 on either of the phones you have?

hi thanks for answer.
Im not at work but will post firmware tomorrow.

I can use the menu on phones regarding config,network.... Havent seen any divice configuration menu like decribed in 3cx documentation else on the phones.

I cant input some of the fields from the phone-menu.
(account active, account name, sip server, local sip port and others).

What password arr you using to access the GXP2000, the default on latest firmware is 123 for the basic pages but 'admin' to gain access to all the pages i.e basic and accounts. If you type admin does that allow you access to the accounts?
