Not quite sure what I'm doing wrong. I just set up a test system, free standard, on a Raspberry Pi to play around with, and I can't seem to access the console remotely (only locally).

I have the same exact router with ports forwarded on a clients live system that I can access remotely, and I copied the configuration exactly except for a different IP address obviously.

Firewall checker ran through no problem so I know my other ports are forward, for some reason it does not want to let me through on 5001. Also checked NSlookup and its resolving to the correct IP.

Anything else I can check that I may have missed?

Hi @PatrickMcLeanCI,

What URL/FQDN are you using to access your 3CX System (don't post it to this thread)?

Ideally, you should use https://<YOUR_FQDN>:5001

I can access this locally just not remotely. To me that says port issue but I have it forwarded on my router. Is it possible an ISP can block this port?

Hi,

Please edit your answer and remove your FQDN for security purposes.

As I have checked, your FQDN is accessible from my side, can you try using Mobile Data 4G/5G and see if your problem persists?

Are you able to access the Management Console page but not able to log in?

Amazing! So something on my network is conflicting. Just tried it on my phone and it works. Thank you for the help.
