Hey guys,

I have no idea what's going on. This is a freshly installed VPS (i've done it before a few times without any issues)

I install 3CX on the VPS and i go through the configuration via the command line, it activated my FQDN, got the message saying everything is ready, here is the login screen and i can't connect to it. FQDN or IP, can't ping, nothing.

Firewall isn't even configured yet, everything should be all green. I tired re-installing from scratch again and it's not working still. Has something changed in the last version that isn't documented?

Hello @pitrickzul

Did you use PBX express to install the PBX or was the installation done manually? Have you checked if all services are running?

I tried both.

When i use the PBXexpress installer it works but when i go manually in OVH it didn't.

Few things to know: I have installed 5-6 of them (manually) and never had a single issue, so i was a little bit surprised that it wasn't. This is on Debian9.

So i decided to try it on Debian 8 and it works but the only way to get it to work is to 'apt-get upgrade' so i tried the same thing again in Debian 9 and it works now. So i have no idea if it's a Debian9 issue or an OVH issue...

How does the PBXexpress work, does it use the custom debian iso? if so, how does it do it?
