Hello. I have a FreePBX system which I am trying to convert and deploy on 3CX. I've followed the steps outlined here to create a backup of the FreePBX system and convert it to a 3CX backup file. Documentation says that I should be able to restore this backup to a new installation via the PBX Express: https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/cloud-pbx-backup-restore/
My problem is that no matter what deployment option I try (Self Host, or 3CX hosted), I am not taken to the PBX Express and given the option to restore from backup. I want to deploy this to Amazon Lightsail but am only presented with the option to create a new install, but if I do this I don't think I can restore the backup onto this installation. I can't seem to find the install from backup option anywhere.
I found this article which says I might be able to restore from the backup file by using the Web Configuration Tool, but this information conflicts with other information I've seen which says that I should be able to just create the Self Hosted install from a backup using the PBX Express. Is the PBX Express not capable of this functionality anymore and I need to use the Web Configuration?
