can't access voicemail: "caller unknown"

hello,
I just configured a zultys 2x1 sip phone. it seems to work fine but I cannot access voicemail.
the phone extension is 33 and voicemail is configured on my system as extension 99.
this is the log, any help would be extremely appreciated.

I can successfully access the voicemail by 3cxphone, is that enough?

That looks like it is from a 3CX phone running on the same computer as 3CX, IP 10.21.103.253:5060, is it not?

I was just wondering if another device (not on the 3CX PC) on the network could access VM. If it could then I would say it was a setting on the non-working set. Network setting perhaps.

If a second device had problems as well, then it may be a network (or other) setting on the 3CX PC.

A long time back someone had a problem using, or not using, can't remember which, leading zero's in the IP settings on his device.

yep, the 3cxphone is running on the same pbx machine.

isn't it curious that the phone that can't access voicemail can make and receive calls, though? what's the difference between calling an extension and calling voicemail? aren't both considered extensions?

I just tried with another machine and yes, it can access voicemail, so the issue is related to the Zultys 2x1 phone.

any other clues?

You may need to run Wireshark and compare a working call to VM from one phone and a non-working call from the Zultys 2x1 phone (which I'm not familiar with).

You might start from scratch on the Zultys and put in all of the settings again.

BAD news... I just tried to make a call from the Zultys to an external number and it doesn´t work, the behavior is exactly the same as when I try to access voicemail... I thought that I was able to call external numbers because I was able to call all extensions but voicemail.
so I have a major issue here: the phone is unable to make calls, is able to call extensions only.
it seems an identification issue, any clues?
