Hi there!

I am completely new to 3CX so please go easy on me.
I have successfully installed 3CX on a Raspberry Pi 3 b+.
Setup my FQDN, Username, PW etc.
The installation and configuration went smoothly.

Got the massage:
Your 3CX Installation -----.my3cx.at is ready
You can access the 3CX Management console from this URL: ---- or via IP: ----

Got all the credentials.

But when I try to access the WebUI, it wont work, no access, i tried both URL and IP, nothing.

Somebody got any ideas?

Thank you!

Hello,

In order to access the UI there needs to be a network path to it. So if something like a firewall is blocking you, it will not be reachable.

Try the following: use a PC that is on the same subnet as the Pi. Then type https://youPiLocalAddress:5001

This is assuming you left the default ports. if you changed them, replace 5001 accordingly

I would make sure your ip for your pi3 has not changed as well.

@aws2p ,
Thanks for the tip, my ports were not correctly configured, works like a charm now! :)
