I have created an extension for the Panasonic KX-TG7321E in 3CX Windows Management Console. But the phone does not appear to be registered to the rest of the system, does anyone know how to register it? And whether the phone is compatible?

Thanks in advance

My VOIP provider is Spitfire, i'm using 3CX v12 SP.6.1

Having a look at the manual quickly, this would appear to be a standard DECT cordless phone. If you wish to use it with 3CX (or any VoIP provider) you will have to have an Analogue Telephone Adapter (ATA). That device would register with 3CX, which would then register with your VoIP provider. An ATA provides dialtone to any analogue phone, cordless or otherwise.

If you want a phone that will register with 3CX directly (no ATA), then it have to be a VoIP (SIP compatible) set.
