Can't change Font Size in Panel

How do I change font size in panel. The font size is too tiny especially Thai Language.

As far as I know, there is no functionality that allows for font size changing within the applications. You will need to look at the display settings, accessibility settings or personalize settings within your particular version of the Windows OS and adjust these to make it more readable.

We have many staff who find the font too small to read. Need to be able to change the font size, without enabling windows "large fonts".
