Can't download Log Viewer

Hello.

I had tried to download and run 3CX Log Viewer using this instruction:

It is written there that I need run 3cxBinLogViewer.exe file to start the application. But I there is no any file with such or similar name in C:\%3CX installation%\Bin folder, but in Windows Management Console it's marked as downloaded.

I use 12th version of 3CX with Small Business Licence 8 SC Standard Edition. (Russian)

It is located in C:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\Bin\Support\3CXBinLogViewer
