hello,

after the upgrade to V20 I can't find these options:

where to see the status of the users whether they are logged in it the queue or not used to see that in the users tab.

where to see the ongoing calls and control them also access to the terminal they were on the dashboard.

also have a problem with the queues before the update I had two queues one to use for the work hours and the other for off work hours.

it was configured in inbound rules queue 1 on work hours and there was an option under for off work hours there I put the queue 2.

in V20 queue 1 is working fine but queue 2 is not, even when I set it to route to queue 2 When office is closed and configure queue 2 to Accept Anyway (ignore office hours)

one more thing I used to be able to allow some users the access to call logs but if I do that by making them manager
it'll show them more than just that so it would be helpful if we can customize what we allow them to see and what not to see.

even before it used to only show them call recording but allow them to remove them, and that's not a good thing to have available.

thanks, any help would be appreciated.

panel view where it's always been

panel view (must have correct rights) - mgmt console "active view" taken out of v20, AFAIK they're considering some CLI version to view active calls.

Create a department and stick your 2 queues in. Set up office hours for the dpt and configure call handling based on open/closed.

see role permissions https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/access-roles/. as v20 is not general release yet, i'm sure some features will change as time goes on.

Users can view their own call recordings - modify the setting under Ext > Options > Call Recordings

thanks for all the help.

sorry I didn't use it that much before V20.

I'll be looking forward for it.

now it's working, I needed to also assign the DID numbers to the department for it to work.

thanks, I'll check it out, a custom role where you can give it a suitable name and select from a list of privileges would be a lot better and more flexible.
for example, this user I want them to see the activity of their colleagues in the same main department and have access to the call logs in reports nothing else, I don't think any of the current rolls allow this.

what I meant is I gave them access to the old admin console and in it they had access not only to call logs but also recording and did have the ability to remove them.
