Cant get 3CX Fax Server to run

I have a V 5 3cx evrything working fine but i need to have the fax server running so we can receive fax, i followed all the information on the manual but when i fax into the 3cx it will not reroute to the extention 888 or if it does it hangs up.

Can anybody help me program de 3CX fax to receive faxes?

Do you have a paid version? Fax only works with the paid version
