Can't get to forwarding rules in MyPhone

Anyone have the "Forwarding Rules" greyed out in MyPhone ?
This is not the "Hide Forwarding Rules" checkbox from the extension - I tried that. That actually removed the tab. This is just simply disabled. Also the "Actions" pane is disabled at the bottom, as is "Email Options" for Voicemail.


Workstation is Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

Ok, so a reboot took care of this issue. Note, completely closing 3cx MyPhone; ensuring it was not running, then restarting it did not change this behavior.

Nope - 64 license version.
It was fine elsewhere - I checked 20 other computers.
It could be that my machine stays on 24/7 and usually logged in, as I remote in on the weekend when needed.

I think it's a sylverlight issue. Try to uninstall myphone and sylverlight and install them again.

Once I rebooted all was ok. Very strange for sure.
