Cant hear the voice but it rings.

I have started working from my home and wanted to use the same extension which I use at my office desk. I installed windows client on my pc where I have a very good web camera and speaker installed. all other web-based voice apps like skype or conferencing apps work fine except the 3cx app. I could not fix this. I cant get the voice transferred on this app however it rings and then goes silent on both sides. no exchange of voice. Trying to find any support or ideas if this can be fixed. I really wanted to make this work.

Hi,

The client can work remotely just fine, but it will need you to have your tunnel port open at the 3CX-side firewall, and enable the tunnel on your extension from the management console.

Does your PBX pass the firewall checker on all points?
