Can't install 3CXPhoneSystem31

I can not install the 3CXPhoneSystem31 program. I have installed Windows XP with service pack 2. The 3CXPhoneSystem31 program was downloaded just before the installation.
During installation I obtain an error that looks like the system is wrong.

What do you mean downloaded before the installation?
And what error are you presented with? Can you be more specific?
Try and download it again and perform the installation. You can also provide me with a screenshot of the error displayed.

Also can you tell us exactly on which version you tried to install (which language) was XP SP2 in?

A screen shot of My computer/properties/general would do just fine

I am sending you a rather large email, let me know if you receive it as sometimes there are limitations on the size that mail servers can receive. Let me know if this helps.

I haven't received any email yet. It is probably to large (max. 10MB) or my server filtered it.

Seems to be an issue with Polish version because I have tested this by installing an XP SP2 on a VM with Polish. Have informed the team and they are working on a fix for the general public.
