Can't listen in on some "Q"'s

Hi all, I have a client that has like 6 "Q"'s and some you can use the listen in feature and others will not show it. All people that want to do it can listen in on some of the "Q"'s but not all and they are all setup the same. I'm at a loss to why.

Anything I should look into?

Look into the Groups, all your extensions is not member of the same groups, or some of the extensions are users and other are managers. There is a specific selection for listen and barkin
