Can't log into Management console (Server Error)

Hi,
Not sure when this started but I cannot log into the management console. This happens using a local network PC or the public IP. I'm running the Debian version on a physical machine. I can SSH into the system but I don't really know where to go from there. I've tried a few things other users have suggested but nothing has resolved the issue. Any guidance on how to pull more information about the error would be appreciated.

Is the pbx installed from 3cx iso debian?
is the hardware enough comfortable ?

Was it working and no more now ? or never worked?
did you tried to log too much time with wrong credentials ? IP blacklist ?

yes, pbx is installed from the iso.
Nothing wrong with the hardware, exceeds minimum requirements.

The system itself is working, I just cannot log into the console. I was able to login previously, not sure when the issue started.
No IP blacklist. I've tried to login from several different devices with the same result.

Different devices from same LAN ? or from outside?

dedicated machine, no other softwares?

which port is used for access ? 443? 5001?
if you do a nslookup on FQDN does it resolve? on to which ip ?

5001. We have an internal DNS server so it shows up with the local IP.

What do you mean ? your FQDN is resolved on local IP ?

I have 3cx.[domain name].com entered into our local DNS server, so internally the FQDN resolves to the local IP. Externally it resolves to 3cx.[domain name].com

If you see server error, try to SSH into the machine and do the below. Notice if any errors appear during the services restarting.

Looks like services are running, did the machine lose power unexpectedly at any point or was anything modified on the database or nginx services?

No, the system is on a battery backup. It was running great for a couple months, then we went to add a new line and noticed we couldn't log in.
We do run nightly configuration backups, I might just try a new installation and restore the backup.
