Cant login to admin console

Hi everyone.

I'm having trouble with my PBX, which is free year instance hosted on 3CX's cloud. I have lost administrator's password and I can't login to webpanel, unfortunely probably mail server settings were incorrect and the reminding e-mail never came.

Is it possible to do something to restore admin grants? Or is it lost forever?

Hello @piker

Please send me a p.m with the admin email you used to check if the email is being sent to you. If the email you used is wrong or your are not receiving the email there is nothing we can do to retrieve the password. You will need to use your key and FQDN and host the PBX to a hosting instance you own.
