Can't Make 2 Calls Error

My client has multiple extensions that periodically get the error "you cannot make 2 calls" when trying to make an outgoing call. However, no other line is in use and no call is on hold. They are using 3CX version 18 update 6. The phones are behind an SBC.

Sounds like it's coming from the SIP trunk, who is the provider?

The provider is Call Centric. I checked and there is a setting in the General settings tab for allowing simultaneous outbound calls. That should fix the issue. Thanks for your help!

Please note that if you are using Callcentric's free accounts you are limited in the amount of calls you can have simultaneously.
