Can't make outbound calls, but can receive inbound

Hello All,
I have been using 3cx for a while now, everything as working well, but I had to re-install a few days ago. I have set up my SIP trunk, all my inbound/outbound rules are set, I can receive inbound calls but cannot make outbound cals for some reason. When I Try to make outbound calls, I get a 404 Not Found error. I did a capture with wireshark and saw that when my sip was responding with the 404 not found, in the message header, it mentions something along the lines of "Unrecognised SIP header (x-serialnumber)"
I have no idea if that is somethin that should show or if it's something not working.
I have tried dialling the numbers in different formats, I have tried my local format and international format, but still nothing.
I can share the dump too if needed.

Are you getting the 404 Not Found, from your provider? If so, then you might want to engage their help in determining what they don't like.
Have you looked at the 3CX Activity Log (Verbose setting)? It might provide more clues.

I have a fanvil ip phone connected to my setup, which when I place a call on, I get the not found. In the activity log, I did a capture and saw on wire shark that the request was successful from my phone to the 3CX pc, but then the request from 3CX to my router which hosts the sip is the one that gets the 404 not found. My router responds with the 404 not found
