Can't reach my 3cx on premise on a other device.

I have a issue when i want to connect to my on-premise 3cx environment on a other device (in the same network) it won't load to the page.
also i can't load to the page via ip what can i do to fix this?

You are trying to reach the management interface of the PBX?
Did the firewall checker pass when setting up the system?
