I am running the trial version of 3CX hosted pbx considering to buy for my organization. I have been trying to register my SIP account to the 3CX server manager many times but I can't.

The log shows ;
Call or Registration to CAT has failed. sip:[email protected]:5060 replied: 504 Server Time-out - DNS Problem; from IP:202.129.61.102:5060

or with some setting ;
Call or Registration to CAT has failed. sip:[email protected]:5060 replied: 482 Loop Detected; from IP:202.129.61.102:5060

while I can normally register in other app e.g. zoiper and some other app with the same setting - see log and setting picture;
2016-05-24 13:12:03: Account ]'[email protected]' registered (SIP), new voice messages: 0, old voice messages: 0.

Please anyone give me a clue to go through this.

Thank you very much.

From the information you provided i can see that that the PBX is getting a reply form the providers IP address ( 202.129.61.102)
I have done an nslookup on my side and i can see that FQDN sip1.catnextgen.com resolves to the above IP address.
On both calls since the provider is replying back with "504 Server Time-out" and "482 Loop Detected" this is something that needs to be checked on their side and clarify the reason they send these replies to the PBX.

From the PBX point of view i can see that on the outbound proxy you are using FQDN sip1.catnextgen.com.
Based on the attached screenshots i would recommend using IP address 202.129.61.118

Give it a try like this and provide us a feedback.

Thank you very much, YiannisH for your quick response

Actually, I have tried to put value in many combinations, and yes, this gives the same result ;

Call or Registration to CAT has failed. sip:[email protected]:5060 replied: 504 Server Time-out - DNS Problem; from IP:202.129.61.118:5060

As i mentioned above, at this point the best course of action is contacting your provider to clarify why they are sending this reply.

I recommend to proceed with that and let us know
