I'm not able to remove the red dot from the Chat icon/bubble when being offline (no one is logged in to the chat queue). As I have read in another thread on this forum (https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/unavailable-red-indicator-disappears.87275/) the read dot indicates that there is an unread message waiting to be read and after opening the Chat popup the red dot disappears after Chat popup being closed/minimized again.
The message shown when being offline seems to be controlled by the setting, unavailable-message, but removing or emptying the setting does not seem to have any effect. If I change the setting "offline-enabled" to "false" the Chat control is not shown at all.
Does anyone know how I can have an "unavailable message" that is shown when opening the Chat popup, but without the red dot showing when being offline?
