Can't see some phones

Hello all, I just noticed something strange with our PBX. Screenshot 1 shows registered extensions, but when I go to phones, I can't see any phone with extension 2xx.


I connected 213 with 3cx client, but I don't see any 2xx extension in the phone section.
Any idea?

Technically screenshot 1 show all extensions, not just registered extensions. As far as why things aren't showing in the phones tab, any change you have something in the filter box just under the +Add button?

No, I don't have anything in the filter. Activity log is showing extensions 2xx, but can't see them in the phone tab.

There are a few ways to have an extension appear as registered without having a phone registered to it. The first is Push. If the extension has been registered to a Push enabled 3CX client then the extension will remain registered in the management console so that the client can receive Push notifications.
The other way to to enable the option "Ring my mobile simultaneously" under the forwarding rules of the extension. This will also keep the extension registered so that the PBX can send calls to your mobile device.
