cant send wellcome email (config file) to clients..reason is:AuthenticationInvalidCredentials: 5.7.0 License key maintenance is expired. WHY?? i have'nt purchased annual version. i bought on premise version. maintenance is expired. OK. updats unaviable .OK. but why i cant send email . explain PLEASE

There is no on-premise version. There is just Standard/Pro/Enterprise. If your maintenance is expired then you lose access to certain features such as the use of the 3CX SMTP server.

Yes Pro or Enterprise will let you use your own SMTP server and that will continue to work if you let the maintenance lapse although honestly I'd just keep your maintenance current with standard and use the 3CX SMTP.
