Cant strip 00507, E164 activated, +1 and 1 work fine

Cant strip 00507, E164 activated, +1 and 1 work fine. however if i try to dial 001 no matter what configuration i put in outbound rules, strip 5, strip 2 etc. i can not get it to dial USA with 001 code.

It keeps appending 00507, i cant get it to stop appending 00507.

So that's pre-pending, not appending. What device are you using to dial? Have you factory reset it and re-provisioned with the stock template?

e164 is meant to replace a + with the correct prefix (only), required by the provider, for the type of call. National, International, etc. If 00507 is always being prepended, then 3CX is adding the 507 where it should not be. It is doing this because you've (somewhere) told it to. Re-check your e164 rules.

Are you placing calls from within, or outside North America?

If you a dialling a number without the + prefix (001), then just let the outbound rules format and send the number, no need to even use e164

Would be a good idea to also check your outbound rules (where stripping and prepending can take place) as well as your trunk's Caller ID tab, which can reformat numbers.

Androin 9+ softphone yes did the usual reset and re provision. no differences.

I am dialing inside our outslide usa no difference. Call 001 Fails. +1 calls do work. and also 1(number) works. Its just the 001 that doesnt work
