Can't upgrade firmware from 3CX

When I try to upgrade firmware on my Cisco SPA514g phones through the 3CX Phones page, it doesn't actually do anything. I've tried in Chrome and Firefox, and from the server itself (also Chrome). I've tried rebooting the phone before hand, as well. What could be causing this?

Important Note: If your phone’s firmware is 7.5.1 or lower, you will need to manually upgrade to version 7.5.2b before upgrading to version 7.5.5. Please check the Cisco’s release notes for more information.

It might be required to factory reset your phone after a firmware update to ensure that any previous configuration is erased.
