Captioning phone or app compatible with 3CX?

We have an employee who is hearing impaired. She can carry on face-to-face conversations, but has trouble understanding speech over the phone. We are looking for something that will caption her phone calls so that she can still hear the caller for inflection and such - and talk back to them... but will get captions in order to understand the caller better. Something like a "CapTel" phone would be ideal, but alas, they do not appear to be compatible.

Perhaps an app that would work with the windows app, or even web app?

If someone could get me started, that would be greatly appreciated.
