Capture call for extension

Hello, how do I capture calls from extension to extension? On the PBX activated in a recently client there are several different sectors configured there, when a call enters an extension of sector A, the other extensions of that sector need to be able to capture the call that came in. By external links it works but it is not working when the connection of an extension is made.

Hi there.
So if you are hosted with 3CX, you will not be able to perform the capture on the server end when running V20.
Why do you need to make a capture?

Hello, I believe I used the wrong term, I meant "park" calls actually, that's what I'm trying to do, pull parked calls from extensions.
