Solved Capture using verbase

Hello trust everyone is well and safe. I have done a few captures in the past now when I try and start a capture it runs for a few seconds and when I want to download the capture it telling me that the the download link for this capture has expired or the capture file has already been downloaded a new capture has to be made. Have restarted services and when I try to capture it does not even give me any time to make a call the capture automatically stops after a few seconds. Any advice would be helpful thank you

What exact OS(Debian 9, Windows 10, etc) are you running?

If it is a Windows machine, you might need to uninstall and re-install the latest stable version of Wireshark on the actual OS.

Thank you .I am running on a windows 10 PC so I have the 3CX on a windows 10 PC. Strangely enough I also have a laptop with windows 7 on it and I logged in to the management console and it was doing the exact same thing from my understanding the windows 7 PC would have a completely different wire shark to the one were the 3CX is loaded ? thank you

It doesn't matter what's running on the PC you used to log into the Management Console. What matters in the wireshark installation on the machine hosting 3CX as that is what is used when you run a packet capture via the Management Console. That said, I'd recommend uninstalling and re-installing the wireshark installation on the 3CX host machine.
