Latest update [v2.6, Dec 9th, 2018] adds to the features:

• A near real-time display of call details as they are completed.
• Overview of PBX call activity with summaries of total calls made in different timeframes.
• Exact cost of calls displayed using most common charging methods including call duration, fixed cost per call, rounding duration and minimum call cost or duration.
• Running total of call costs for each 3CX trunk [usually outgoing to a VoIP provider]. Value displayed either as an account balance or as the cost of the calls made since a user selected date.
• Filtering, extraction & viewing of call details & export to Excel for further reporting.
• Ability to apply charges to internal (extension to extension), bridged 3CX calls or other fixed length dial strings if desired.
• Maximum simultaneous call count calculator.
• Archiving of 3CX CDR’s into daily or monthly files.
• Data backup with auto rollback & restoration from CDR’s in event of PC problems.
• Works with 3CX system running under either Windows or Debian operating systems.
• All this achieved without any ‘hooks’ into 3CX internals – only uses Call Data Records [CDRs].

Recently there seem to have been quite a few posts regarding Call Data Records [CDRs] and how to use them, it would seem from users who need just that little bit more information out of their 3CX system.
I have been using 3CX for over 10 years now. It's amazing software but I too always wanted a little bit more... So after much tinkering around I created a program called CallSequitur to meet my needs. Now I'm only a hobbyist, certainly not a software developer, so my skills and resources are somewhat limited - but I thought it might possibly help the 3CX community at large! What it offers is:

• Live processing of CDRs
• Near real-time display of calls made with to/from details & exact call costs
• Cost of calls on a per trunk/provider basis, with ability to show either as an account balance or as the total cost since some date.
• Simultaneous Call analysis - To show this all important figure
• Plus more, but it's all in the guide I've written...

Great work Cjay, easily installed and working in our environment. Call Costs can now be reported on using fixed call costs rather than being limited to timed calls in 3CX reporting. The Sim Call Analysis feature is a nice edition allowing us to license effectively. Thanks for your time and effort and sharing with our community. I'm sure many others will find this a very handy utility.

I've just updated this CDR software & documentation to a new version which adds configurable timeframes to the Call Volume statistics & Simultaneous Call analysis. The new version [v2.5] can be installed over any existing version without data loss. Link to software/documentation is as before:
