CDR log not found

HI Guys!

I am trying to find the CDR log in my system as advised on the 3cx guides but there is no \logs folder in the \3cx\instance1\data\

What should 1 do? It was activated as 1 file for all calls as show in attache3d screen shot.

Any clues? Tried to search for CDR in the forum but it says it too generic.

Please help!!!

Hello there,

Please make sure that you are looking in the correct place C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Logs
the \Logs folder located there stores most of the systems logs so even if CDR is not logging the folder should exist with all other logs.
Make sure you are looking in ProgramData and not Program files.
