Hi, why do the cdr raw logs show UTC time? The 3CX reports can output the correct times based on the server it is installed on.

This is highly frustrating as we have to build unique reports from the CDR data copy the CDR logs from the 3CX server (West coast of the USA, Dubai, London, Moscow) to a central SQL server in London so of course times made in Moscow at 3pm, are recorded as 12pm UTC which is incorrect. When we roll out to Sydney the times will be recorded for UTC so when our team makes call at 9am local time they will be recorded as 11pm UTC time for the previous day so losing credit for that days work.

We could try and "tweak" the UTC by adding or subtracting hours to the UTC times, but could we just have the same output as the 3CX reports are using?

We setup our extensions into departments, for example 200 - 299 is for sales, so we need to know how long each user at their extension made an outbound external call, their targets are 20 hours for the month but we can't get the correct data. The 3CX reports show more time than what we get out from the CDR logs.

Please setup the CDR log times or create a separate call log files similar to the CDR logs that use the local server times for the calls. Also can you add more functionality into the reports.

We would also like users to manage their own reports, but currently you can give users report access but they can also access all the extensions and reports, we just need the individual to access their own report times, which will save us a lot of support calls.
