Please can we request that the issue of CDR only sending UTC be looked at.
As it stands information sent out using CDR contains a time stamp set in UTC. 3CX Support have advised that this is hard coded and cannot be changed.
During British Summer Time (BST) this causes an issue.
Should a client be using a 3rd party call logger then the times reported to the call logger via CDR will show as an hour before the call was recieved.
This will be a repeat annual issue for all UK based 3CX customers using the CDR function.
We request that this be investigated as an issue for potential development and resolve.
