The Version 16 should allow to send CRD to SQL, how could I do that?
Not in CDR page...
Do I need a CRM Template? Some Examples?

Thanks

No, CDRs are written to text files as explained here:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/cdr-call-data-records/

We also provide a CRM integration with databases, as explained here:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/sql-database-pbx-integration/

But this is NOT intended to be used to send calls to your database. This integration will synchronize contacts from your database to 3CX contacts, and when the contact is found, the call will be registered in the database as well. If the contact is not found, call journaling is skipped.

Why "If the contact is not found, call journaling is skipped. "?!?!?
I wolud like to send to SQL my call...

Because the integration with SQL is not intended to be used as a CDR output. The CRM engine works in a different way.

If you need to send the CDRs of your calls to a database, you should consider creating a script to automatically import the generated CDRs (which are in CSV format) into your database, and then run this script every day for example.

Some SW to put SOCKET in SQL?
