Since upgrading to V18, none of my PBXs automatically renew their LE certs. I've looked at PbxConfigToolRenewCertificates.log and there are no errors. The process runs every 6 hours, goes through the steps and then never renews the cert.

I've verified everything I can find on the forums. Refresh license info in the console with no errors, I'm using 3CX provided FQDNs, etc. I can manually renew them with no issues.

Below are the two relevant log lines on one of the instances that doesn't renew. Comparing this to the log where I manually renewed a certificate the only difference is that temporaryCertificateGenerated is set to true on the machine where I manually renew and the next line instead says Found instance and runs the renewal.

Processing directory = C:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin\nginx\conf\instance1, regenerateCertificateExiredInDays = 25, temporaryCertificateGenerated = False, regenerateNotSelfSignedCertificatesFrom = 0, regenerateNotSelfSignedCertificatesTo = 7, isPassiveFailoverMode = False, enableDnsHelper = False

Real (not self-signed) certificates regenerates from 0 to 7 hour. Skip.

The task runs daily, but this does not imply it will renew your certs. The certs are actually renewed 24 days before they expire, and if there was a failure you would have gotten an email from your PBX. Two points to consider:

1. Have any of them actually expired? If not then it is not expected to renew yet, as I explained above

2. Are the PBXs in question running V18 Update 3 at least? If not then you need to upgrade to ensure they can still talk to the 3CX activation server
