certified hardware in malaysia?

anyone know where i can find these certified hardware in malaysia?

I can't seem to find from lowyat or normal PC shops. Hmm...

I need to find hardware that can do IP PBX, IP Phone and Fax related.

Good luck. It is very difficult to import telecommunications equipment into Malaysia. Try speaking to some of the available SIP companies around - they may have some connections.
