Hello 3CX Forum,
I have a question about the User Input and the Authentication components in CFA. I designed a new Call Flow for a customer of ours that needs to check for a specific number that the caller must enter to be transfered to a specific User. In my tests both of these components worked fine until I entered more digits than allowed via DTMF. The number the caller has to enter is always 5 digits. So I configured that Min Digits must be 5 and Max Digits also 5 because this number cannot be anything but 5. Now normaly I would expect more digits than allowed to be an invalid input and the component loops for another retry. But this is not the case. The Call Flow just accepts the input and enters the valid input branch. It even needs a Stop Digit via the DigitPound but when the input reaches the Max Digits limit it just enters the valid input branch.
Is this issue known? How can I circumvent this.
Thank you in advance,
Deniz
