Hey

I'm working on a CFD project with a custom CRM integration. One of my lookup scenarios is not being recognised, although others are.

In CFD I'm using the Accounts Free Query lookup and passing a JSON string through to CRM. The logs show this as:
Code:
Start executing component with EntityType='Accounts' - QueryType='LookupFreeQuery'

In my CRM component I have this scenario defined:
XML:
<Scenario Id="LookupFromCFD_Accounts_LookupFreeQuery" Type="REST">

But when the request is executed, the logs show the scenario as not present:
Code:
2020/12/31 11:20:06.739|691|0014|Err|Exception during lookup from Call Flow Designer: System.InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no matching element
   at System.Linq.ThrowHelper.ThrowNoMatchException()
   at System.Linq.Enumerable.Single[TSource](IEnumerable`1 source, Func`2 predicate)
   at CrmIntegration.CrmProcessor.LookupFromCallFlowDesigner(EntityTypes entityType, CFDQueryTypes cfdQueryType, String data, CancellationToken token)

Is it fair to assume that the scenario is being completely not recognised or can a failure in the scenario execution itself present this kind of log entry?

The error you're getting means that 3CX can't find a scenario with this particular ID. However you have it defined. So, that's weird. Ensure that this template is properly configured in the 3CX console > Settings > CRM Integration. And even if this should not be necessary, you can try restarting the 3CX Call Flow Server service, so you're sure that it's reading the latest version of the template in case you made a change to add this scenario.
