Hi! There is any way to transfer a call, directly to a phone number in CFD?

But how i can transfer public number to public number? And it is possible to manage this call?

Just set the Destination property to the external number, and the call will be transfered to it.

This is probably a problem with your outbound rules settings. You need to ensure that the destination number can be routed, exactly as you specify it. For example, if you use a prefix like "9" to dial out, then you need to include that prefix in the Destination. Also, if you have outbound rules restricted to extensions, then the call will not be able to go out, because this is not a call coming from an extension.
