Hi all,
there is a way to present a differend caler-ID when one extension call another extension?
Use case:
- I have one extension number used on my desk phone, ex: 201. => this extension is public (know by all my collegues)
- I have another extension number used on my App, ex: 501 => this extension is "private" (nobody know that them exist)
- I use the "forwarding call" function set on desk phone: "when I'm DND forward call to 501".
Then, now I want to call my collegues using my App (501) but my collegues need to see "calling from 201" (in order to mantain "unknow" the 501 extension)
Thank you
