change default delay before the chat box appears from 2 sec to 5 sec.

Hello, I am looking for information if it is possible to change the time after which the chat loads from the defult 2 seconds to another value. I need to do in order to relieve the page during the first loading.

This is more of a Wordpress / HTML issue rather than a 3CX issue. There is no in-built way to change the load time in the plugin itself. I'd suggest checking if there are any 3rd party solutions / code that can be inserted to solve this.
