change digital receptionist greeting

Is it possible to change the digital receptionist greeting without having access to the management webpage?

Ex: Our office would like to play a greeting in the event of bad weather to instruct employees to stay home... The office manager would like to call in from anyphone to record a greeting to the 'weather receptionist'. Overwriting of deleting any message that was already there.
