Hello,
I am exploring the principle of group membership so that administrators can control the call groups, queues and IVRs of their departments.
However I don't see how to assign a system extension (e.g. a call group extension) to a user group.
I have to recreate it from the webclient. Except that I can't choose the extension number.
So I would have to revise the whole system configuration to redirect to the new number, plus the fact that several customers sometimes know the extension number of the call groups or other...
We manage hundreds of systems... I don't see how I can take advantage of these new features if I can't easily assign the system extensions already present to a user group...
Does anyone have a trick for me?
