Solved Change Hosted Email

We have 3CX hosted by 3CX. We want to update the email that 3CX uses to send messages (especially voicemails) to use one of our SMTP accounts rather than the generic 3CX email address. I can't find where to update the SMTP settings, it appears to be disabled despite having a paid license and hosting account.

@falconace as I can see your key is Standard, custom SMTPs are only available to Pro or Enterprise :

You need Pro or Ent license to be able to select your own smtp server.

Being hosted by 3cx, not sure if you can change this setting if you have the correct license key.

Being greyed out, I would say you can not change it

This feature is available for Pro and Enterprise license of Hosted 3CX instances.
