Change license key without reinstall

Good Afternoon Colleagues
One of my customers has 64 Pro Annual license . The maintenance of the license didn't expire yet . The customer is on version 15.5 . We need to replace the license with 32 Pro Annual license.I went to license settings but can't find the tab Replace license key .

I have another customer that is also currently on version 15.5 and has license 4 Pro Annual license where the tab Replace license key is found.

SO kindly advice why the Replace license key tab is not found at the first customer and found at the second one ?

The replace license key was added in Update 5. Clearly one of your instances isn't up to date
