Change of an IP address

Hello we have 3 servers with 3cx
We need to change their IP addresses, but our FQDN are provided from 3cx
How do we go about the change?

I'm assuming you are asking about the WAN IP since you mention the FQDN. You just change it and restart the services. 3CX will update the FQDN for you automatically. It may take several hours for the FQDN to update (depends on the 3CX version) so I would plan to do this after hours to minimize downtime for remote phones.

Please navigate to the PBX Settings / Network and change the "External IP Configuration" from Static to Dynamic. Restart all PBX services to speed up the process. This way the PBX will detect the IP change and will update the DNS accordingly. Once the change is complete you can set the IP back to static.
