Hello,
We had servers impacted by the fire of OVH and we have reassembled new servers at another Host, we had changed the FQDN so that they point to the new server.
This morning OVH restarted our old servers and the FQDNs *.my3cx.fr are back on these servers without asking us anything.
How is this possible and especially how to put the new IP address in the FQDN?

Has this ever happened to you?
Thanking you in advance

You can not run 3CX server with the same license key and fqdn - you need to switch off the old servers.

Doing this, the new 3CX server will update the fqdn with the associated external IP setup on the server

Thank you for your answer.
Have a nice day

Just want to add that, provided that you are using 3CX FQDNs, as @Saqqara said you can just shutdown/decommission all old servers and then restart the 3CX System Service on all the 3CX Instances you want to keep that have had their FQDN IP change. This should force an FQDN update with the new IP(s).
